Eko Machines - Machine Plaster- 35 kg

Makonat is applied on bricks, concrete, gas concrete, pumice blocks, etc. It is a bagged gypsum-based ready-to-use plaster that can be applied directly with a machine. It is an A1 class fireproof material that provides sound insulation.

Surface and Environment During Application:  
Should be free from dust, oil, paint. Extremely dry, hot, and highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water. Ceilings should be roughened or primed to allow the mortar to stick. There should be no air flow during application. Application temperature should be between +5 and +40 °C.

Application:  
Prepared in the plaster machine with the correct plaster/water ratio (4-5 lt water / 10 kg MAKONATEKO). The mortar is sprayed on the surface with the machine. The thickness is determined with slabs according to the surface smoothness. When the surface reaches a consistency that will not collapse when lightly pressed, trifiling is done. After trifiling, the surface is polished with a steel trowel for painting.

Storage:  
Maximum 15 bags should be stacked in a dry place. Bags should not touch the ground and be protected from moisture. Use within 6 months from the production date.
