-Must be free from dirty materials such as dust, oil, paint.
-Excessively dry, hot, and highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water.
-The surface of the ceilings should be roughened before applying the plaster or primed with a material that ensures the mortar adheres to the surface.

During the application, care should be taken to ensure that there is no air current or draft in the environment.

The application temperature should be +5 to +40 C.

APPLICATION

6.5 – 7 liters of water is poured into the container where the mixture will be made and Karonat Cornice Plaster is sprinkled on top and added. It is waited for approximately 2-3 minutes for the plaster to absorb the water. It is mixed with a hand mixer or trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The prepared mortar is poured into the previously oiled and ready-made mold. After pouring a layer, fiber or hemp is laid on the plaster to increase the flexibility and strength of the mold. Plaster is poured again on the laid fiber or hemp. The plaster poured into the mold will start to heat up after a while. The plaster that has heated and cooled down will release itself from the mold after a while. The plaster removed from the mold is left to dry at room temperature for a while before assembly.
