Derzonat - Joint Filler Plaster - 25 kg

It has high strength and flexibility. It is an effective, flexible, and decorative filling material for filling the joints of plasterboards.

SURFACE AND ENVIRONMENT TO BE APPLIED  

- Installation operations on the plasterboard must be completed before using DERZONAT.  
- The ambient temperature of the application should be between +5 C and +40 C.  
- During the application, care should be taken to ensure that there is no air current or draft in the environment.  

APPLICATION  

5.5-6 liters of clean water is poured into the container where the mixture will be made. 10 kg of DERZONAT is sprinkled on it and poured. It is waited for approximately 2-3 minutes for the plaster to absorb the water. It is mixed with a mixer or trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If self-adhesive joint tape is used; the first layer is applied after the tape is adhered, if self-adhesive joint tape is not used; the first layer of DERZONAT is applied to fill the gaps of the joints and the second layer is applied by pulling the joint tape on top. After DERZONAT dries; correction is done if necessary.

Polypropylene bag 30 kg (+- 2%)  

STORAGE  

A maximum of 20 bags should be stacked on top of each other in a dry place, the bags should be stored in a way that they do not come into contact with the ground and are protected from moisture and condensation. They should be used within 9 months from the date of production.
