Yaponat - Adhesive Plaster - 25 kg

It is an adhesive plaster with high adhesion strength and flexibility that allows gypsum boards to be bonded to surfaces like concrete, aerated concrete, and brick, offering flexible and decorative visuals.

APPLICATION SURFACE and ENVIRONMENT

-Must be clean and free from materials such as dust, oil, paint.
-Excessively dry, hot, and highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water.
-During the application, ensure there is no air current in the environment.

The ambient temperature during application should be between +5°C and +40°C.

APPLICATION

Add 5 – 5.5 liters of clean water to the mixing container. Pour 10 kg of YAPONAT into it. Wait approximately 2-3 minutes for the plaster to absorb the water. Mix with a mixer or trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Apply the prepared mortar to the surface in heaps at sufficient intervals. After bonding, check the smoothness of the bonded surface.

Polypropylene bag 30 kg (+- 2%)

STORAGE

A maximum of 20 bags should be stacked on top of each other in a dry place. Bags should be stored to avoid contact with the ground and be protected from moisture and condensation. Use within 9 months from the production date.
