AYSAFA Natural Spring Water has entered the bottled water industry by making its first production in 2002. AYSAFA’s water source comes from Saklikent’s Tekirpinar Spring, approximately 2000 meters above sea level, situated in the Taurus Mountains in Turkey. The actual origin and quality of the Tekirpinari Spring is one of Turkey’s most healthy water. It has pioneered by developing and following high stadards in healthy and hygienic production and is using high-tech in all work processes. From source to finished product all physical chemical and microbiological tests are taken and finished products and traceability of finished products are provided. The Turkish Ministry of Health has set standards and regulations, specified in accordance with European standards, for AYSAFA’s water source and for providing a hygienic environment. A food grade polyethylene water pipeline is used from the natural spring water source to the AYSAFA facility. This pipeline is 24 km long. After travelling this length, AYSAFA natural spring water arrives to a 400 ton tank in the facility. Within the facility stainless steel tanks and polyethylene pipes are used in order to prevent breaks and leaks. In this manner, the water has no contact with air, exposure to contamination and pollution. Machine operators abide to strict equipment handling practices and ensure that the water is not contaminated from when it is bottled, to when it reaches the consumer. All necessary precautions are taken against external influences from the source, through the pipes, machinery and personnel. AYSAFA Natural Spring Water is also one of the biggest groups in bottled water industry.

The story of Honey Academy is the story of two sister entrepreneurs. I studied at Akdeniz University in the Food Engineering Department from 2011 to 2016. After graduating with great curiosity and passion, I began working at a leading company in the honey sector. My curiosity about honey and other bee products and my interest in the magnificent world of bees grew daily. I was analyzing the products of these small creatures in a laboratory and witnessing their healing properties. With the motto "If there are bees, there is life," I wanted everyone around me to benefit from these products, so I shared my knowledge about bees. After working in the sector for five years, my entrepreneurial spirit was triggered. I had to establish my own brand, reach more people, and deliver the highest quality and most natural products with the awareness of food engineering. Of course, I was not alone on this path. We set out to establish our brand together with my biggest supporter, my sister, who shared the same curiosity and desire. At that time, my sister and I, who were in the banking sector, left the corporate world as two partners and established the BAL AKADEMİSİ brand in 2021. We started our business with the sale of a tin of honey and continue our work from our production site approved by the Ministry of Agriculture. While our brand progresses as an e-commerce in the domestic market, it is also active in the international market. In this process where people prioritize healthy and organic nutrition, we, as the Bal Akademisi brand, strive to bring the natural products produced by our bees to our consumers. Can Soft Drinks was a small family company established in 1997 on an area of ​​3500 m2 producing orange soda and plain soda in glass bottles. Our main brands as Can Soft Drinks are ‘’CAN’’, ‘’UNİFRESH’’ and ‘’UNİPOWER’’. In recent years, the company has also developed itself considerably in terms of energy drinks.
