DESIGN MODELSHOP Since our founding, we have aimed to be a leading brand in the national and international arena through our design, production, and export activities. As a secondary step, we determine the colors to highlight this year and conduct extensive R&D during the fabric and accessory selection phase. We proceed to the modeling stage with detailed technical drawings prepared according to body measurements for ages 6 months to 14 years, finalizing all details with our designers' careful touches. CUTTING THE FABRIC Our detailed model drawings, carefully prepared by our designers, are combined with selected fabrics and auxiliary materials for the cutting process. At Pamina, ensuring that the fabric meets quality standards and is flawless is crucial for us. Compliance with fabric, design, and quality standards of auxiliary products (lining, interlining, thread, button zipper, etc.) is a key focus. All materials prepared in the next stage are presented to our experienced cutting team, bringing us closer to the magnificent end. SEWING ACCESSORIES One of the most critical stages in transforming a great design into a beautiful outfit is the sewing stage. To achieve a perfect result, small sections like pockets, collars, and darts are sewn first. Then, other assembled parts are joined. In the final sewing stage, the clothes undergo quality control. As Pamina, it's time to accessorize, which is vital for us. All design details, including bows, belts, hair accessories, and beading, sequins, and stone embroideries that complete the dress, are added with perfect craftsmanship.

Who are we? As Özsekman Konfeksiyon, we established our first factory in Istanbul in 1989. With our 35 years of experience and knowledge, we produced shirts for popular brands. We produced shirts that met the needs of the sector and market with our Fitmens, Daniel Visse and Pashamen brands. We provided the supply of accessory products such as ties, bow ties and cufflinks. Today, we continue our production in 2 separate factories in an area of ​​2000 m2 and with our staff of over 200, we produce for the well-known big brands of Turkey, Asia and Europe. As Özsekman Konfeksiyon, we have a wide production network and have continued to maintain our A quality criteria since the beginning. Istanbul Factory, Fitmens Özsekman Konfeksiyon Istanbul Fitmens Factory was established in 1989 by Şevket Sekman. It is a large-capacity facility that provides shirt design, production and shipping to every point in the world from A to Z. Istanbul Fitmens Factory operates with an export and production model for local brands. Focusing on men's shirt production, the factory also produces Fitmens, Daniel Visse and Pashamen brands. Özsekman Konfeksiyon Istanbul Fitmens Factory has a working capacity of 600 m2, a storage capacity of 700 m2 and employs 120 qualified personnel. Istanbul Fitmens Factory has a daily production capacity of 2500 shirts. Niğde Factory, Pashamen Özsekman Konfeksiyon Niğde Pashamen Factory was founded in 2022 by Şevket Sekman. The factory, which was established to support the Istanbul Factory, has grown in a short time. Today, fully independent production processes are managed and production is made for various brands. Özsekman Konfeksiyon Niğde Pashamen Factory has a working capacity of 400 m2, a storage capacity of 450 m2 and employs 90 qualified personnel. Niğde Pashamen Factory has a daily production capacity of 1500 shirts.
