Application:
6.5-7 lt of water is added to the container in which the mixture will be made. Satonat Satin Finishing Plaster is added by sprinkling it on top. It is waited for approximately 2-3 minutes for the plaster to absorb the water. It is mixed with a hand mixer or a trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mortar that is ready for use is applied to the surface with a steel trowel.

Application:
A suitable plaster/water (5.5-6 liters of water/10 kg maconate) ratio is prepared in the plastering machine. The mortar is sprayed on the surface with the machine. The application thickness is determined with the help of anolar according to the smoothness of the surface. The plaster applied to the surface is smoothed with the help of a gauge. When the surface starts to harden, smoothing is done with a steel trowel. When the surface reaches a consistency that will not collapse when pressed lightly with a finger, the trifilling process is performed. After the trifilling process, the surface is polished again with a steel trowel and made ready for painting.

If two layers are to be applied, the second layer should not be applied before the first layer has set.

Plaster is poured again on the laid fiber or hemp. The plaster poured into the mold will start to heat up after a while. The plaster that has heated and cooled down will release itself from the mold after a while. The plaster removed from the mold is left to dry at room temperature for a while before assembly.
